Mia's Lemon Pie

 Mia's Lemon Pie 400F
         Ingredients
One 9" unbaked pie shell
Two egg yolks, beaten
1 14"oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice

  
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prick pie shell and bake for 8 minutes. remove pie and cool. Blend egg yolks and milk stir in lemon juice. Heat in double boiler stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until mixture thickens. Pour into pie crust and set chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
