Georgia Peach Pie

  Georgia Peach Pie

       Ingredients
4 cup peaches
1 unbaked 9" pie shell and on top a lattice
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoon flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

Pre-baked pie shell bottom. Place peaches in it after cooked. In a bowl, cream together egg yolks, flour, sugar and melted butter. Blend well. Pour mixture evenly over peaches. Cover with a lattice work pie crusts. Seal around the edges. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 20-30 more minutes or until golden brown on top.
